About the Author

Les Livingstone earned MBA and Ph.D. degrees at Stanford University. He is a Professor and Program Director in the MBA program at University of Maryland University College (the internet division of U of Maryland) and previously was a partner in the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has testified many times in federal courts as an expert in economics and finance. This is his 14th book.
