About the Author

Lee Ann Johnston-Thomas lives on a ranch in the Texas Hill Country just north of San Antonio with her family. She has been an educational consultant and middle school math and science teacher for the past thirteen years and is considered a “second mom and confi dant” to many of her students. She enjoys traveling around the world, landscaping, horseback riding, and relaxing on the occasional South Texas rainy day.
