About the Author

John W. Murphy was born in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a graduate of Fordham College. His first job was as a reporter for a local newspaper, and he has always had a nose for news. He served as principal overseas in the DOD Dependent Schools. He and his wife, Rita, live in Southern California.
