About the Book

The evil and destructive Mekani Monsters have escaped from their game cards and come to life! The children understand the danger and are desperately searching for a solution. They discover that two brilliant scientists have invented their own superpower technology and the children call upon the pair for the help they need.

The monsters are running loose throughout the entire country. They are terrorizing ordinary citizens and destroying their communities, towns and cities. Law Enforcement Agencies are unable to stop the monsters until they team up with Sandal-Man and Chocolate-Guy and the Mekani Kids, who know the monsters best.

The heroes criss-cross the country, bravely battling powerful monsters of every description. Finally, the true source of the evil is discovered and Sandal-Man and Chocolate-Guy face their greatest and most dangerous challenge.

Geri McCarthy has been writing for 14 years. Her previous publications include historical fiction and freelance articles. The Adventures of Sandal-Man and Chocolate-Guy is her first childrens? book debut and she has very much enjoyed collaborating with her two sons, Michael and Kevin, on this story. Ms. McCarthy lives in Maryland with her family.
