When author Cynthia Chamness was thirty-five years old, she was struck by a car while crossing a busy Florida highway. She was paralyzed. About the Author
Cynthia D. Chamness is an author and poet. She earned an associate degree in metaphysical arts and became a hands-on Reiki healer after she was healed from an injury that had confined her to a wheelchair. She and her partner give service at a spiritualist temple in St. Petersburg, Florida. She has recently moved to Arizona. Along the way, she was almost killed when the vehicle, driven by her co- author Steve Fuller, was forced off the road by a double wide trailer, ( they were towing a trailer at the time) and rolled three times. They were truely in the hands of the angels, as the Jaws of Life were used to extricate them from the Jeep. They were released from the hospital to hours later, with Sprains and Bruises. She continues to write and her partner Steve continues to stand by her. In Arizona, She continues to work on her new book, whileenjoying her new home.
