About the Author

Bernard Nisenholz is Professor Emeritus from the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at California State University Northridge. Dr. Nisenholz has published numerous articles and presented papers at professional conferences throughout the United States. He is the co-author of a widely used textbook, Orientation to Counseling and A Nation Under the Influence both published by Allyn & Bacon. He currently resides in Westlake Village, CA.

Lyle Nisenholz is an artist and teacher currently residing in Tokyo, Japan. He received his B.A. in art from University of California Santa Barbara. He has a unique and intricate style.
