About the Author

Adrian and his wife Pauline have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. Since the age of 19 Adrian has been involved in leadership in the UK, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Norway, Switzerland, France, Canada and the USA. He strongly believes that young people should be given real responsibility?the earlier the better.
