About Wendy Leebov, Ed.D.
Wendy Leebov consults with healthcare organizations on how to create great service for patients and a great place to work. Most recently VP, Human Resources at Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, Wendy has written more than ten books and conducts retreats, workshops, speeches and change processes for health care. She received her doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Before her untimely death, Clara Jean Ersoz, MD was Vice President, Medical Affairs for St. Clair Memorial Hospital in Pittsburgh. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and her M.S. in Health Administration from the University of Colorado. She also served as faculty for the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
