About the Author

Richard Nuñez is the founder and developer of the NuneX Seven-Step Method for Technical Documentation Techniques. He has worked in the computer service and support industry for more than 14 years, and has successfully progressed from an entry-level service technician to the head of his own technology services company.

Mr. Nuñez has an Associate?s Degree of Occupational Studies from Western Technical Institute in El Paso, Texas, in Microcomputer Technology. He also has a Bachelor?s Degree of Science in Business and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Nuñez currently serves as the Chief Executive Manager & Principal for N-Corp Services, LLC, where he writes about, enhances, practices, and promotes the use of The NuneX Method. He lives with his wife Zulma and daughter Clarissa in Las Cruces, New Mexico, enjoying the peaceful tranquility and scenery of Southern New Mexico.
