About the Book

Lieutenant "El Tee" Carroll was drafted into the U.S. Army and thrown into the Vietnam War at a firebase camp on the Cambodian border in 1969. About the Author

Rich is a Vietnam Veteran who continues to write military articles online as well as for military publications and has written newspaper columns. Retired from The Reader?s Digest and his own publishing company, Rich has a son now serving in the U.S. Army in Iraq.
