About the Book

As you grow up, learning to deal with adversity is one of life's lessons. Allan, a college student in Austin, Texas, faces an array of obstacles and adventures on his way to learning that lesson when he is confronted with the combination of a mysterious red-headed girl who may be hiding from the Texas Rangers, a run away daughter of the governor and natural disasters which threaten his job, his friends and maybe even his life. Set in central Texas in the early 1970's, this is a coming of age story chock full of adventure.

About the Author

Peter Thaddeus was raised in San Antonio, Texas. He spent four years of college in Austin, Texas. Later he went back to Austin after law school and clerked for a judge on a state appellate court. He currently lives with his daughter in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
