About the Author

Jerome Hipscher is a graduate student in Public Administration, from Florida International University. He had taken correspondence writing at the Institute for Children, and Writers Digest Correspondence School. He is a member of the Society for Children Book Writers, the Florida Writer?s Association, and the National Writers Union. Jerome is a poet, and a member of many poetic organizations. He was a substitute teacher, and worked with Junior Achievement to teach children the importance of reading. Jerome is a Korean War Veteran, and a member of the American Legion. Jerome has a B.A. Degree in Political Science from Florida International University. He has interned for the United States Senate, Citizen Depute Settlement Center, and as a Court Mediator.
