About the Author
James Sullivan Prine was based in New Orleans, Louisiana until August 29, 2005 when Hurricanes Katrina and Rita destroyed his home. Prine served with two different branches of the U.S. armed forces and is a former member of the New Orleans Police Department. His interests include flying, cave diving, sport parachuting, amateur radio, motorcycles, reading, writing, and photography.
