About the Book

Some people have that insatiable urge to see what is over the next hill. I was infected with that bug. My grandmother told me "Son don't let the grass grow under your feet." I went off to explore the world and ended up living on six of the seven continents. I saw brutality, love and incredible people and place I now want to share with you in poetry. I always love the movie Star Man. Jeff Bridges plays the alien and Karen Allen plays the earth woman. In the most touching scene Jeff says to Karen: "You humans are always at your very best when things are their very worst." This is what I have learned on the road.
