In the late 1950's and early 1960's the ultimate training in fighting and self defense methods were the Green Berets. When Matt Wilson was stationed in Okinawa he discovered Karate and found it to be the perfect compliment to his military training.

One summer, Matt returns to the USA to visit a friend in Alabama. When the KKK discovers Matt, a Catholic visitor, in their town they decide to get rid of him. Unfortunately for them, the local KKK chapter has no idea who they have decided to cross. As the Klan unleashes a series of crimes, including murder, against Matt and his friends, Matt sets up a well thought out defense against them. When he realizes the Klan will not quit he decides the only solution to protect him and his friends is a definitive Preemptive Strike!

About the Author

J. S. Holmes is an Electrical Engineer from Indiana. He has a BS degree from Purdue at IUPUI and an MS degree from Indiana State University. Mr. Holmes also holds the rank of 3rd degree black belt in Karate and 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Mr. Holmes has published several engineering papers. This is his first novel.
