About the Book

Zack McGregor and his wife, Julie, find themselves thrust into the throes of a government sting operation-not once, but twice. A task force sanctioned by the President of the United States has intentionally involved the young couple in its clandestine operation. President Richard Nixon had just resigned the office of the President.

Contributing to the suspense is a charismatic character named Charles Devro, with the Los Angeles Federal Marshal's office, who has fallen ill and may or may not be a federal agent. Depending on whom Mr. Devro is talking to at the time, he's either an escaped convict now working for the government, or someone who had deep ties to President Nixon, during Watergate.

Zack McGregor, military trained, expert in the martial arts, and using his favorite hobbies including driving fast cars and flying, turns the tables on the government. McGregor seizes control of the operation when a rogue Secret Service agent takes several people hostage, including Julie.

When someone threatens or causes harm to his Julie, it's time to watch out for Zachary McGregor. With the mood he is suddenly in, there's a "Bad Moon on the Rise!"

"Just like Clive Cussler on the high seas, Glenn Cannon's debut novel takes you on a thrill ride through the sky and deep into the 1970's covert world of espionage and intrigue. His protagonist Zack McGregor makes Jack Ryan look like a Boy Scout!"
-Cory Cannon, screenwriter/author of Life Changes Everything and Spy Switch.
