About the Book
Are you a recovering alcoholic who continues to slip? Do you suffer from unpleasant emotions?
Understanding the why of these problems can help every alcoholic. In the groundbreaking book What Every Alcoholic Should Know, Dr. Cyril Kilb clarifies the scientific relationship between negative thinking and unpleasant emotions that results in psychosomatic illnesses.
An alcoholic is the victim of psychosomatic illness, a physical illness caused by unpleasant emotions that begin in the mind. The seeds of every alcoholic's wrong thinking lurks in his or her subconscious mind, ready to tempt him into another slip. These unpleasant emotions create the compulsion to drink, and the alcoholic craves more and more alcohol once the habit is established. What Every Alcoholic Should Know explains the workings of the alcoholic's mind and shows how to use this information in scientific self-therapy.
Apply these easy-to-understand principles of self-analysis to conquer physical and mental disease and achieve true sobriety, health, and happiness!
