When A small but important South American Nation is on the verge of being brought into the folds of the Communist bloc our reluctant Hero Fuller Joe Smith (Code Name: Whisper) is sent unknowingly to prevent the assassination of the Pro American President by his only friend at the consulate and the beautiful daughter of a wealthy land owner.

About the Author

Ex-CIA employee, George Combs, presently living with his wife in Phoenix and laboring over a sequel to this printing, is well into retirement. A jazz harmonicist, he guests with local musicians while enjoying the good life in the valley of the sun.
