About the Author

Shadows Within Me is Marie Young?s second book of poetry. Windows of The Soul is the first book she wrote and published with iUniverse. Ms. Young has been writing Spoken Word Poetry for many years. Her writing comes from her own life experiences.

Ms. Young lives in Citrus Heights, California with two of her three sons. They inspire her and have been her light with each step. Look for Shadows Within Me in Audio early next year produced by Groove Connection Records. Ms. Young would like to thank Demond Payne, her friend and partner for life, for believing in her: ?Demond, you inspire me is dedicated to you.
