About the Book
WHO KILLED THE ARCHITECT OF THE NEW COLOSSUS?
The classic Agatha-Christie style puzzle is brought into the twenty-first century with a bi-sexual detective who not only has to solve the mystery but fend off suspects-male and female-who seem determined to have sex with him.
Ten letters fell from the New Colossus at the detective's feet. One read: 'I am going to kill the other writers of these notes.' And soon the deaths began.
About the Author
Allan Williams (born in 1960 of mixed religion parents) has had many colourful jobs, including being a male stripper from 1985 to 1995. In fact, it was while awaiting the turn of his act (ready to don false beard and bowler hat as ?The Strippin? Rabbi?) that he began to jot down notes for Murder at the Colossus. The story reflects not only some of his own bizarre experiences, but also a deep affection for the classic detective story formula, i.e. a limited number of suspects?and a surprise twist at the end!
