Heal your life. This book simplifies the basic issues that cause underlying physical ailments. It shows how and why we create our life conditions or situations and teaches us how to make life changes. It is a guidebook for self- healing. It contains clear, easily understandable answers, practical advice and exercises, helpful meditations, and beautiful allegorical stories. The first half of the book discusses how to make changes in our attitudes, our emotions, and our spirits. The second half of the book delves into the physical body and issues behind our physical conditions.

About the Author

Healing from Heaven originates from Judith Sable?s conversations with God and divine emissaries. Judith is a certified medium and spiritual counselor through the Arthur Ford International Academy of Mediumship, Inc. She holds her BA degree from Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio and MA degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and has been teaching since 1969. A healer and certified hypnotherapist, Judith lives in Windsor, CT with her husband and cat. She is the parent of two adult daughters.
