About the Author

Ken Helfant has a BS in quantitative Biology from MIT, a PhD in Educational and Social Psychology from Teacher?s College, Columbia University, and is a graduate of the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis. He is currently in part-time private practice in Oceano, California, where he lives with his wife.
