I was the major force that put together the 2-record Elvis TV package that ultimately sold 4.4 million. I earned the respect of Colonel Parker, and the President of the RCA Records Division. In fact, as a reward of my effort, the Colonel requested that I be assigned to the RCA Tours Group, which involved traveling with Elvis on all of his personal appearances throughout the world. It was a shining moment in my professional life to be asked. However, my base of operation would be Las Vegas and I can't handle that action on an ongoing basis. Reluctantly, I had to decline.

Author James E. Balitsos came from a lower middle income family, spoke a foreign language at home, and then went on to meet the movers and shakers in the business and entertainment worlds.

In this enjoyable memoir, Balitsos shares anecdotes and amusing life experiences about the people who impacted his life.
