About the Book

With Russian armies pounding away at the gates of Berlin in the final days of World War II, American OSS agent Adrian Drum is dispatched to South America to head off a plot to resurrect Hitler's Thousand Year Reich. His assignment: to find and "neutralize" Hitler's secret son, the plot's intended symbolic leader.

While tracking the boy from the bowels of Hitler's Fuehrerbunker through Lisbon and Buenos Aires and finally to the foothills of the Andes, Drum engages in a high stakes game of cat and mouse with fugitive Nazis, the boy's protectors and even with his OSS colleagues.

Trapped in a moral and emotional nightmare, Drum maneuvers through a maze of betrayals, conspiracies and doomed love, only to be confronted years later with the shocking implications of actions he took as his pursuit came to its end.

About the Author

Donald A. Webster has also written a novella, The Beckoning, and is the author of several plays. A former senior U.S. government official, he now lives in Los Angeles with his wife, actress Diana Douglas.
