About the Author

Garo Gazurian is a retired educator with a lifelong love of writing. Three years at NYU led to an apprenticeship at the New York Times, which was interrupted by a four year tour of duty in WWII. Ten years with Los Angeles art studios led to a 28 year teaching career and a Professorship in Graphic Design. His weekly column, No Laughing Matter, appeared in the Coast Media Publications for several years. Garo lives in Huntington Beach, California.
