Told through a series of letters, Brandy of the Bayou shares the heartbreaking story of American soldiers stationed in Iraq and the loved ones they left behind in America. Brandy of the Bayou reminds us that soldiers had a far different life before they served in the armed forces. But fueled by their love of country, they have made sacrifices for our greater good.

About the Author

Brandy Ann grew up by the shores of Oneida Lake in central New York on a small dairy farm. She lived in several states and held many jobs in her lifetime. Her life now is occupied with hobbies including writing and working with her animal friends.
