Answered Prayer I prayed a prayer to my God above, In my quest of what He wanted me to do. He answered me, “Serve in my love, That’s all I need from you.” By His Spirit in you His love is shown, If you allow Him His perfect will; A change in your life as you have never known, And His love will your heart completely fill. We find perfect rest in God’s garden of peace, Says God, “Be still and you will find Me;” When from all unnecessary worldly burdens cease, May we in faith trust in Thee. God’s word comes to us from above, Jesus in form of man was sent, God’s Word is shown in brotherly love, By all who will humbly repent. God’s love is an action towards mankind, His spirit has taught from His word, Nothing to match God’s love will we ever find. So reassuring is the voice we have heard.

About the Author
Ron Hart, as his family and friends know him, has lived in the Cambridgeshire Fens in Eastern England for over seventy years. He and his wife Betty are the beloved parents/grandparents of seven children and their spouses, eighteen grandchildren and some grandchildren-in law, and nine great-grandchildren.
