About the Book

Eleven-year-old Neo doesn’t want to move away from the only home he’s ever known—the home that contains all the memories of his late father. When he and his mother relocate from San Francisco to Long Beach, California, Neo doesn’t find much to be curious or excited about until he looks out the window of his new room. What is it about the strange old woman on the porch across the street? About the Author

Sally McGuire has written many short stories and always keeps a journal. Her love of researching the history of various cultures earned her an award of excellence. Sally lives in New York with her son. She is also the author of Destined to Love, Forever Yours, and Devil in Disguise. The Missing Letter is the first children’s book she has written.
