This book is a collection of Steve Volk’s journey as a teacher of vocational industrial education for the unemployed. This is his experience teaching and sharing his skills as a master baker.
About the Author
Steve Volk have worked and instructed over 1000 students in the Basics of Ice carving, starting at Elmendorf AFB Alaska & Mitchel AFB NY in the early 50’s. Later in in the early 60’s at West Valley & Canada Colleges. In the 80’s At Pacific Coast College Sacramento and the best of all, Bakers Handcraft Training.
