I stood naked in front of my full-length mirror and I gazed at my reflection. It meant nothing to me. I asked " Who am I without my story?" "Who is anyone without their story?" I then began to strip off the novel of me. This view can’t be real, and yet it is! Yes, both views made my breathing rapid. His long arms reached around me as he stood there with his soft brown hair falling in his eyes from the breeze catching it from behind. He is, no doubt, a handsome man and not rugged at all, not too pretty but a mix of the two. He had a light unbuttoned linen shirt on with his sleeves rolled up to the elbows. His jeans fitted his slim body like a comfortable old friend. You could tell he reached for them often when he had a choice in the closet. No shoes, tan body and his warm large smile made me feel rather helpless. I felt so vulnerable and yet I welcomed every moment.

About the Author
With a talent for designing clothes by the age of 10, Brenda followed her passion and attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, San Fransisco. After a career in design and raising a family she embraced her next evolution of telling stories. She became a five time Emmy nominated and award winning producer, costume designer for stage and television and now author. Brenda currently has taken the opportunity to expand her knowledge and is studying NLP with her master trainer. She resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
