About the Author

Tojon` Montae`, a new upcoming author, is looking to follow in the foot steps of the late E. Lynn Harris-who’s unique storytelling inspired him greatly. Living in Nesbit, MS at the age of 40, he has found a way to put some of his life’s experiences into words. By adding some of his personal truth with a bit of fiction, creating the novel, Damaged Innocence (What’s Done In The Dark), which is the first installment of three. In this first novel, you will be introduced to Tatum Collier, a young black man with some deep secrets that he has no intentions of revealing to others. Exploring his new life after leaving home, 19 -year- old Tatum is introduced to new conflicts that are fully engaging, hilarious, and at times sad.
