About the Author

John P. Cross has traveled to all seven continents, visited over seventy countries, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, and ridden on the Trans-Siberian railroad. He earned a BA in history from Troy University and an MA in history from the University of Alabama. John is a former teacher and author of Just Go: A Global Guide to Budget Travel. His base camp is in Atlanta, Georgia.
