About the Author

Matt Tapscott and Denise Tapscott have provided childcare in regional centers and in a nationally accredited child development home. They have cared for newborns through school-age children and taught childcare business classes to providers, presented workshops at state and regional conferences, and advocated politically for improvements to the childcare delivery system. They currently live in Decorah, Iowa.
