For forty-seven years, Uma Aggarwal has indulged her great passion for American cuisine by studying its history and origins. A retired chemist, she has an MS in sciences. Her other books include The Exquisite World of Indian Cuisine and America’s Favorite Recipes, Part I. She lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
