I, Constance, have discovered that the Jewels are lit by black lights, Judah, Israel and Jerusalem, mankind, walking images of protons, gluons and neutrons particles. The Gentiles are lit by white lights, the human kind, aliens conjoined with strangers, walking images of quark-antiquark pairs. In due course, the ones with the white lights came to live among us, bred with us, look like us. We assimilated with them, eating their food, following their natural instincts.
