About the Author

Hector Seda has been in the construction industry for thirty years. He began with new construction in New York City and when lots when became harder to find, he ventured into rehabbing old structures. The most meaningful one that gave Hector his wings was the first one. They were three designated landmark buildings in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. These buildings meant more to Hector than just the challenge. These buildings were just a few city blocks from where he grew up. Hector Seda has since moved to the suburbs of New Jersey where he writes two syndicated columns and is a partner in Wilson/Seda Builders, LLC. He resides with his wife, three children, two dogs and two cats.
