Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. Served as the Executive Chef for Chase Manhattan Banks and for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. Most recently an instructor of Culinary Arts whose students have gone on to become professional cooks and chefs and leaders in the culinary industry.
