About the Book
The world today is in need of dire reflection. Amongst the many problems that plague our planet, is the inability to effectively handle our own species. For centuries we have been gaining further independence from nature, and it seemed like we were making progress. But now, with increasing exploitation of limited resources, burgeoning human population, and ever-increasing polluting of our environment, our species is in danger (or endangered?) of becoming out of our ability to control.
This book will shed light on the possibility of finishing our job on this planet as a success rather than a failure. We must remember where we come from, who we are, what our true purpose here really is. All of these questions will attempt to be answered in this book.
About the Author
A graduate of a State University in New York with a B.A. and M.S. in Social Sciences Interdisciplinary, I took a variety of courses in several disciplines to which I centered my attention on different environments, cultures, and their correlation to each other. I desired to focus on this area to demonstrate the often over-looked environmental side-effects of incorporation into various economic systems. My residence is currently in New York, where I enjoy everything and anything that involves outdoor activity.
