Fingerprint is JOHN SACK?S seventh book. Two of them, M(?Great reportage??New York Times) and Lieutenant Calley (?A remarkable document??-Los Angeles Times), were based on his experiences as a war correspondent in Vietnam. A former writer, producer, and special correspondent in CBS News, he has also been a contract contributor to The New Yorker, a contributing editor of Esquire, and a contributing editor of Playboy. He lives in Los Angeles.
