Sam S. Bowman has degrees in electrical engineering and business administration and is certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society in production and inventory management. He has worked for a joint Japanese/American company for four years in both the United States and Japan. Additionally, He conducted numerous interviews of both American employees of Japanese automotive manufacturers and Japanese second tier suppliers to his company.
