About the Author
Tom Richmond is a retired History instructor and Vietnam Veteran. He holds a Master?s Degree in History from the University of Illinois. Other publications include a History of the Civilian Pilot?s Training Program in WWII. He is a lifelong resident of Florida and currently resides in Orlando. He has travelled extensively in the Caribbean basin; and spent three years in Puerto Rico. His interests include travel and he has visited every state in the union.
