About the Author

John Mariotti is a former corporate executive who began his career in telecommunications. He is author of hundreds of business related columns and eight non-fiction books including The Shape Shifters, chosen one of 1997's Top Ten Books for Leaders by MG.com and winner of the Innothink Award. The Silence is his first novel. He lives near the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee.
