About the Author

Daurius Figueira is a researcher and is employed as a lecturer at the University of the West Indies, Trinidad. He has previously published two books on the illicit drug trade in the Caribbean: "Cocaine and Heroin Trafficking in the Caribbean the case of Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Guyana" and "Cocaine and Heroin Trafficking in the Caribbean Vol. 2 the case of Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela".
