For the first time in over 40 years the New Orleans Saints will be playing in the Super Bowl. It has now been five years since Hurricane Katrina, yet the 9th Ward has not fully recovered. Although there may be no stopping the next natural disaster, the world has been given hope in the form of inspirational poetry for the soul. About the Author
The author of, " PaReign's Nurturing Rhymes was born in the city of Baton Rouge, La. on January 7th, 1963 to the Holy union of Dr. Charlie J. Smith and his breathtakingly beautiful wife Mrs. Gloria Nae. He was educated through the public and private school systems of East Baton Rouge Parish. Upon receiving his G. E. D. he went on to attend Southern University's Baton Rouge campus as an Army ROTC student. He resides in the mid western region of the United States of America where he continues to write inspirational poetry, share his convictions on the power of forgiveness with anyone whom will listen to him and assists with taking care of his mother.
