About the Author

Yohan Jacob has been involved with merchandising since the early 1990s. He is one of the few merchandise managers with experience in retail, online, and catalog; as well as experience selling products to retailers. After recognizing the fact that many small suppliers are not knowledgeable about selling to and working with retailers, he created Retail Bound ( to help teach and coach them. Yohan graduated from DePaul University with both his Bachelors of Science and his MBA in Marketing and currently lives just outside of Chicago with his wife and daughter.
