Author Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your iUniverse Publishing Package purchase and request a full refund. Once your submitted manuscript enters the production phase, your publishing package purchase becomes non-refundable. You can check the status of your submission by visiting Completed Submissions in your myUniverse account.
Submission Expiration
iUniverse reserves the right to expire a purchased iUniverse Publishing Package if your manuscript submission is not completed within one year from the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund less the costs of services rendered and a $25 cancellation fee if your publishing package is cancelled because of expiration.
