Why have the links and categories within myUniverse changed?
iUniverse strives for continuous improvement in order to better serve our authors. For this reason, we recently reorganized MyUniverse into five distinct categories, making it easier for you to find the information you need:
my Books. View information about your current iUniverse titles, purchase copies of your book or upgrade by purchasing additional services.
my Royalties and Sales. Check out your latest sales and royalty statements.
my Account. Update your personal information, view your book purchase history or refer a friend to iUniverse.
my News and Events. Submit your news items to Authors in the News or the Author Event Calendar and order iUniverse brochures for your next event.
What's New at iUniverse. Read about the latest developments in the publishing industry and check out our latest promotions.
We've also placed easy-to-find buttons at the top of your myUniverse page—"Purchase Package" and "Start/Resume Submission." Now, purchasing a Publishing Package or starting or resuming your manuscript submission is only a click away.
As always, you can upgrade your book within your myUniverse account. To purchase an upgrade option, click "my Books" and then "Upgrade My Books." Simply choose the publishing, editorial or marketing service options that meet your needs and complete your purchase online.
Please note: If you start to purchase products or services via your myUniverse account and then leave your computer before completing the transaction, you can finish it later. The information you entered will be stored on your computer so you can start where you previously left the process.
However, if you attempt to complete the purchase at another computer, you'll have to start again from the beginning. The information you entered earlier will not be available on that computer. For example, if you start a purchase at your workplace computer, get interrupted and attempt to complete the transaction from your home computer, you'll need to start again from the beginning.
To purchase copies of your completed titles, click "My Books" and then "Purchase Your Books." Your book purchases will be reflected in the bookstore shopping cart within the bookstore.
