Questions, questions, questions! Live Before You Die helped to set the stage for this comprehensive workbook. Oh, To Be A Glow-Worm has been designed to pull you into thinking about the ways in which you need to live, as well as the ways in which you block yourself by setting the stage for an unfulfilled life. The questions were created from the information contained within my book, along with suggestions by those who have contemplated my ideas. These are the specific questions that will begin the process of awareness and then the initial movement toward greater internal positive change. The questions target the areas of; parental influence, belief systems, professional bliss, social support, humor, crisis vs. opportunities, internal dialogue, exercise, relaxation, altruism, motivation, focusing on each moment and the presence of God.

About the Author

Mark Hood received his Master's degree in psychology from the University of Missouri with specialized training in biofeedback and stress management from the Menninger Foundation. Mark has worked in psychiatric hospitals throughout his professional career, in positions ranging from the delivery of clinical services to the director of marketing. He has taught college psychology courses, is associated with several national speakers bureaus and has hosted TV and radio show.
