About the Author

Arshad Khan is an author, consultant, and adjunct professor. He has written books on current events, stock market, software implementation, and desalination. Mr. Khan, who has graduate degrees in engineering and business administration, has taught at the University of California (Berkeley and Santa Cruz Extensions), Golden Gate University, and National University.
