About the Author
Circe Olson Woessner, born and raised overseas, attended the University of Maryland, Munich Campus (UMMC) from 1979-1981. It was much later, after transferring to a stateside "traditional four-year" college, that she realized that her experiences at Munich had enriched her "Weltanschauung" more than any other college could hope to.
